Delivery within Ukraine

Delivery is carried out to Nova Poshta branches across Ukraine, excluding temporarily occupied territories (Donetsk region, Luhansk region, and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea).

If the item is in stock, dispatch takes place within 1–3 business days.

Shipping costs are paid by the recipient.

Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days.

After shipment, you will receive a tracking number. Using this number, you can track your order at any time and see when it arrives at the selected Nova Poshta branch on the carrier's official website.

International Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping, excluding Russia and Belarus.

International orders are shipped via DHL. If DHL does not service your delivery location, we will arrange an alternative shipping method.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout after selecting the destination country.

Shipping costs are paid by the recipient.

Estimated delivery times:

Europe: 5-7 business days
Outside Europe: 7-10 business days

Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance procedures and public holidays.

Payment

Online payment is available on our website via WayForPay (Visa / MasterCard / Apple Pay / Google Pay).

Promo Codes

The Amarice brand periodically offers promo codes (for example, AMARICE10) that can be used during checkout.

Please note:

  • promo codes cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers;
  • promo codes do not apply to items that are already discounted.

To use a promo code, it must be entered manually in the designated field during checkout.

–5% Email Subscription Discount

Terms of use:

  • the discount applies only to items without additional discounts;
  • the discount cannot be combined with other promotions or promo codes;
  • to apply the –5% discount, the order must be placed using the same email address provided when subscribing;
  • the −5% discount is valid exclusively for the first order placed with the same email address used for subscription;
  • the discount is applied automatically during checkout.

Warranty

The warranty is valid for 14 days from the date of order receipt.

It applies only to manufacturing defects, including:

  • seam failures (provided the item has been worn correctly);
  • defects in hardware or zippers not caused by mechanical damage.

The warranty does not cover defects resulting from:

  • mechanical damage (scratches, cuts, punctures, etc.);
  • improper use or care, drying near heating devices, or contact with chemical substances.

Please note: slight color transfer to the lining is not considered a defect.
