Delivery

Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta across Ukraine.

• If the item is in stock — shipping within 1–3 business days.
• If the item is made to order — production takes 8–12 business days (Mon–Fri). Once ready, we ship the same or next day. Delivery is paid by the recipient.

Payment

Online payment on website via WayForPay (Visa / MasterCard / Apple Pay / Google Pay).

Warranty

The warranty period is 14 days from the date of receiving your order. It applies only to manufacturing defects, such as:

• seam tearing (with proper use);
• issues with hardware or zippers not caused by mechanical damage.

The warranty does not cover defects caused by:

• mechanical damage (cuts, scratches, punctures, etc.);
• improper wear or care, drying near heat sources, or contact with chemicals.

Please note: slight color transfer on the lining is not considered a defect.
