Returns & Exchanges Policy

You may request an exchange or return of an item in proper condition within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

A return is accepted provided that the item:

• has not been worn or used;
• retains its original appearance and consumer properties.

Returns within Ukraine

Returns within Ukraine are processed via Nova Poshta branches.

International Returns

International returns may be arranged via DHL or another courier service that was selected as an alternative delivery method for your order.

Return Shipping Costs

IMPORTANT—for both domestic and international returns

All costs associated with returning or exchanging items of proper quality purchased from our online store are covered by the customer. Return shipping fees are calculated according to the carrier's tariffs.

Return Procedure

Items of proper quality may be returned only if their original condition and consumer properties are fully preserved, including:

• no signs of wear or use;
• original tags and labels attached.

Refunds to the original payment method are processed within up to 7 business days from the date the returned item is received at our warehouse.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Items with manufacturing defects or incorrect order fulfillment (wrong item or incorrect size) must be returned with original tags and in the original packaging.
