Delivery is carried out by Novaya Poshta. The recipient pays. We create each pair especially for you. Production time: 8–12 business days (Mon–Fri). As soon as the pair is ready, we pack it and send it the same day or the next.

If the product is in stock — shipping within 1–3 business days.

Payment

We have 2 payment methods on the site:

• by bank card WayForPay (Visa/MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
• if the product is in stock, then payment upon receipt / payment after delivery by Nova Poshta is available (in addition, for the money transfer service, the operator charges 20 UAH + 2% of the transfer amount) with a minimum prepayment of 150 UAH (in case of refusal — the prepayment is not refundable, it goes to cover the seller's delivery costs).

Warranty

The warranty period for the product 30 days from the moment of receipt of the parcel applies to manufacturing defects that have arisen through our fault:

• seam tears or ungluing of the sole (provided that it is worn properly);
• defects in fittings or locks that have not arisen due to mechanical damage;
• other defects that are not related to violation of the conditions of use, storage or care.

The warranty does not apply to defects that have arisen due to improper use of the shoes, namely:

• mechanical damage: abrasions, cuts, punctures, etc.;
• deformation due to improper wearing, drying near heating devices, as well as contact with chemical or aggressive liquids;

Please also note: coloring of the insoles and lining is not considered a defect.
